About the Role

Non-IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, business needs, and workforce planning
  • Build and maintain job descriptions and candidate specifications for various positions
  • Identify talent through multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media hiring, employee referrals, talent communities, and databases
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, assessing, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation
  • Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening and evaluate candidates’ professional experience, motivation, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Track applicant flow and maintain data accuracy through ATS and internal dashboards
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer rollouts and onboarding formalities
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and internal business teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience:

    1–6 years in Non-IT recruitment or similar HR hiring role
  • Proven experience hiring for roles like Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Recruiters, or Operational positions
  • Experience in consulting, staffing, or volume hiring environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and screening techniques
  • Hands-on experience using ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent pipeline strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required (BE/B.Tech, BA, BBA, B.Com, or related field preferred)
  • HR specialization or certification is an added advantage
