Role Overview

Recruitment Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Work with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing requirements.
• Manage and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
• Coordinate interview logistics and communication with candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives (campus/virtual).
• Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or recruitment tools is a plus.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Salary

1. First 3 months of internship no compensation
2. 4-6 months of internship INR 10K as compensation per month
3. Successful completion of 6 months of internship a permanent position may be offered. Compensation as per the market standards for the specific roles.
