What You’ll Do
As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including:
- Work on end-to-end recruitment.
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from various platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
- Collaborate closely with the senior recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
