About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the entire recruitment cycle — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding the right talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or junior professional to build a strong career in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Support employer branding and HR initiatives when required.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good understanding of hiring trends and HR practices.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
