Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Aid in sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques.
• Support the onboarding of new hires for a smooth transition to company culture.
• Provide administrative support to various employee relations efforts, including performance reviews, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Contribute to HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, policy formulation, and training programs.
• Manage routine clerical tasks like data entry and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Coordinate with clients for interviews, feedback, and onboarding.
• Conduct induction programs for new interns.
