Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team to ensure smooth interview coordination and provide a flawless candidate experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and keen on learning about structured recruitment processes within a growing organization. - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule and manage interviews across various functions. - Coordinate candidate communications including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. - Track and record feedback from interviewers promptly. - Maintain and update candidate/interview data in trackers and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Assist in status reporting and upkeep of recruitment dashboards. - Serve as a central point of contact to ensure alignment among candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of an ATS is a plus.
