Position Overview:

Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Support

• Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  
• Build and maintain an active candidate database for future hiring needs.
  

2. Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial resume screenings based on job requirements.
  
• Support in shortlisting candidates for interviews.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  

3. Candidate Communication

• Reach out to candidates via phone or email for initial discussions.
  
• Share job details, clarify doubts, and confirm availability.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  

4. Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Support the TA team with daily recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  
• Ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
