About the Role

Human Resources Intern (Recruitment)

IT, Tech, or related fields

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  for Tech, Digital, and Design roles.
• Source candidates via

  LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals

  .
• Post job listings, screen applications, and build a

  candidate pipeline

  .
• Conduct

  outbound calls

  to connect with potential candidates and engage them.
• Draft and send recruitment-related

  emails & communications

  to applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records and trackers in

  MS Office and Advanced Excel

  .
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Current student or

  2025 graduate

  in IT, Technology, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and digital/tech/design talent space.

• Excellent English communication

  skills – verbal & written.

• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency

  is a must.
• Smart, confident, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with full-time internship commitment (6 months, on-site at Lower Parel).
