Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Leadership Hiring function. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for leadership-level candidates by assisting in candidate interactions, initial screenings, and seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, and key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Interaction & Screening - Conduct initial screening calls with leadership or senior-level candidates to assess their interest, suitability, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless interview and feedback process.
  • Candidate Experience Management - Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Backend Support - Manage interview logistics, maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure data consistency and confidentiality.
  • Follow-up & Reporting - Facilitate interview debriefs, ensure timely collection of feedback, and assist in tracking candidate status updates and hiring metrics.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership and professionalism.
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated discretion and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Educational Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PG in Human Resources is preferred.
