Talent Acquisition & HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment (The Core)

  • Proactively source high-level technical talent (Cloud Engineers, AI Specialists) via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche technical communities.
  • Conduct initial cultural-fit screenings to ensure candidates align with our core values.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager.

2. Employer Branding & Culture

  • Create and share compelling content on LinkedIn and social media that showcases DevAngles technical wins and unique team culture.
  • Help organize internal events and initiatives that keep our engineering team connected and energized.

3. HR Operations & Onboarding

  • Assist in drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assist in welcoming new hires, managing necessary documentation, and ensuring a world-class "Day 1" experience.
  • Maintain and update internal HR databases and employee records with high accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background:

    A current student or recent graduate in

    HR, Business

    , or a related field.
  • The "People" Factor:

    You are a true people person who can read between the lines, build rapport quickly, and communicate with clarity.
  • Professional Discretion:

    You will handle sensitive data (salaries, contracts, feedback). You must be someone who can be trusted with

    total discretion and integrity.

  • Tech-Curious:

    You don't need to be an engineer, but you must have a strong interest in understanding technical roles (e.g., learning the difference between a Cloud Architect and a DevOps Engineer).
  • Communication:

    Exceptional written and verbal English skills, specifically for professional LinkedIn outreach.
  • Resilience:

    You enjoy the challenge of "the hunt" and finding specialized talent in a highly competitive market.
