Conduct initial cultural-fit screenings to ensure candidates align with our core values.
Manage the end-to-end interview pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager.
Create and share compelling content on LinkedIn and social media that showcases DevAngles technical wins and unique team culture.
Organize internal events and initiatives that keep our engineering team connected and energized.
Assist in drafting offer letters and official employment contracts.
Manage the onboarding process, welcoming new hires and ensuring a world-class "Day 1" experience.
Maintain and update internal HR databases and employee records with a high degree of accuracy.
Handle sensitive data (salaries, contracts, feedback) with total discretion and integrity.

Requirements

Academic Background: A current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
The "People" Factor: You are a true people person who can read between the lines, build rapport quickly, and communicate with clarity.
