As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract individuals with the necessary experience. You will conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates" qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization. Your role will involve scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leaders. It is essential to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to provide a smooth and professional candidate experience. Furthermore, you will be expected to continuously develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs. Keeping accurate records of the recruitment process and providing regular reports on recruitment metrics will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment within the Non-IT domain. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about sourcing and closing positions within the stipulated time frame with high-quality resources.,
