Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work on multiple hiring requirements across departments and ensure timely closures.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
