• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee
referrals to source candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job
descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
•Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-person
interviews
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and
professional interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement
them as appropriate
