Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Post jobs on various platforms and manage responses.
  • Handle

    bulk hiring drives

    for technical support and development roles.
  • Coordinate with the internal HR and technical teams for interview feedback and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics.

Required Skills

  • 34 years of experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Experience with job posting on Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • Proven experience in

    bulk hiring

    (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
