About the role

As an HR Specialist at Netplace, you will be pivotal in managing internal operations such as overlooking staff lifecycle management, employee relations, recruitment, and attendance management. This role will also encompass administering HR systems, maintaining compliance with statutory compliance laws, and setting performance expectations. You will also monitor productivity levels and provide constructive feedback to foster a productive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and orientation processes.
• Ensure efficient operations and address any administrative issues that arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.
• Support coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labour laws and Netplace excellence.
• Manage payroll on HRMS software, collaborating across departments, adhering with statutory compliances.
• Assist in development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Overlook recruitment process and handle recruitment for higher caliber roles.
• Mentor recruitment team to enhance performance.
• Drive recruitment through various sourcing channels to ensure a continuous supply of talent.
• Build and maintain a talent register for critical roles through market mapping.
• Regularly review recruitment dashboard and take corrective actions to ensure timely hiring.
• Offer management and negotiation: extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements and organizational culture fit.
• Monitor and drive recruitment performance indicators like turnaround time, attrition rates, offer dropouts, and budget adherence.
• Provide support to hiring managers in conducting interviews and developing interview questions and evaluation criteria.

Who you are

• Post graduate with a degree preferably in human resources / organisational psychology.
• 4+ years of experience with operations and recruitment.
• Well versed with day to day operative functions of HR and people management.
• Strong knowledge on statutory compliances and HR practices.
• Have prior experience with recruitment and data analytics.
• Proficient with presentations and google workspace.
• A problem solver who brings solutions to the table along with your concerns.
• Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise good judgment on day-to-day work activities.
• Excels in clear and effective communication.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels- internal and external in a supportive and efficient manner.
• Attentive to finer details and are able to negotiate with ease in tough situations.
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
