Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Identification

• Proactively search, identify, and engage prospective candidates based on provided job descriptions.
• Source talent across IT, Business Apps, Cybersecurity, AI, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other multi-disciplinary roles.
• Conduct targeted searches across different geographies (GCC, Middle East, India, Africa, Europe etc.).
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.

2. Talent Acquisition Tools & Platforms

• Expertly use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Bayt, Glassdoor, and similar recruitment tools.
• Apply advanced Boolean search, keyword optimization, and filtering techniques to narrow down ideal candidates.
• Utilize social media sourcing, professional communities, and specialized forums to reach passive talent pools.

3. Network & Vendor Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manpower outsourcing companies, staffing agencies, recruitment partners, and freelance recruiters.
• Coordinate with outsourcing partners to receive qualified profiles within defined timelines.
• Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and responsiveness.

4. Screening & Shortlisting

• Conduct preliminary screening calls to validate candidate suitability, communication skills, and availability.
• Verify experience, skillsets, certifications, domain knowledge, and cultural fit based on provided job descriptions.
• Shortlist top candidates and submit structured candidate summaries to the hiring manager.

5. Multi-Language & Multi-Region Support

• Source candidates for roles requiring Arabic and English speaking abilities.
• Ensure cultural understanding and sensitivity when sourcing in different geographies.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, pipeline status, and challenges.
• Maintain structured data records of candidate profiles, sourcing channels, and tracking dashboards.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand evolving job requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Sourcing Skills

• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and similar tools.
• Excellent Boolean search skills and keyword-based sourcing techniques.
• Experience sourcing for multi-disciplinary and cross-functional roles.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing (corporate or agency).
• Proven track record of sourcing for large-scale or fast-paced hiring requirements.
• Experience working with manpower outsourcing agencies across multiple regions.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational ability and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
