Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in recruitment, people operations, and building strong candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
  • Review resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment dashboards
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
  • Ensure timely communication and a smooth experience for all candidates
  • Support hiring managers with follow-ups, feedback, and documentation
  • Participate in recruitment drives, events, and employer branding activities (if required)

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree
  • Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
  • Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred
