Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai
Company: Hospertz India Private Limited
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Saturday – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring that Hospertz attracts, hires, and retains top talent across various domains including architecture, interior design, project management, MEP engineering, and administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and prior experience in technical or design-based recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with respective teams.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, internship letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with management to identify future hiring needs and create a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in design, construction, or healthcare sectors).
  • Strong understanding of technical and creative profiles (Architects, Designers, Engineers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
