Urgent requirement for Interior Site Supervisor (Preferred Immediate joining) The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality control, timely completion, and coordination between various stakeholders. The role demands expertise in managing contractors, materials, site safety, and ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and standards. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project timelines. Supervise interior fit-outs, including flooring, ceiling, partitions, carpentry, painting, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works. Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Coordination & Communication: Act as a bridge between architects, contractors, vendors, and clients. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project requirements and deadlines. Communicate site progress regularly with the project management team. Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain safety protocols at the site. Ensure work follows company guidelines, drawings, and government regulations. Conduct site inspections and report any quality issues. Material & Workforce Management: Check material deliveries and ensure they meet the required specifications. Maintain stock records and coordinate procurement with the purchase team. Manage site labor and resolve work-related issues. Should be able to preapre the BOQ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and checklists. Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor progress against deadlines. Report any deviations or project delays to the senior management. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, or relevant field. 2-5 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects (preferably healthcare or commercial). Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior finishing works. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Understanding of site safety regulations and compliance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
