What You'll Do:- Own end-to-end recruitment for FTE and FTC white-collar roles- Source candidates via job portals, social media & referrals- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts- Partner with vendor agencies for contractual hiring- Maintain hiring dashboards and trackers- Support employer branding and engagement initiatives- Post-hiring, support HRBP activities for Minutes Stores (store visits may be required)What Were Looking For:- Strong communication and stakeholder management- Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)- Basic knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems- Excel and reporting skills- Willingness to travel if required- Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn Ill train, but you need to be driven!
Location: Bengaluru Type: Full-Time Fixed Term Contract (Third Party Payroll) Duration: 12 months (extendable based on performance) Salary: 3.5-4.5 LPA Immediate joiners preferred!
