Job Title:

Notice Period

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and closure.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) to source quality candidates.
Expertise in Boolean Search, filters, and advanced search techniques.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Handle salary discussions, negotiations, and offer rollouts.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update reports regularly.
Basic knowledge of document verification and background check process
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
