- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques (mandatory for experienced candidates).- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc., is a plus.
