Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with around 1 year of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end hiring activities, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process across various business units.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews with the panel.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support pre-joining and onboarding processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams for smoother transitions from offer to onboarding.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring activities, if required.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in IT/non-IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
  

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Experience with campus hiring or walk-in drives.
• Basic understanding of HR operations.
