Job Title: IT Recruiter Experience Required: 2+ years Job Description: We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and be proficient in using the Naukri portal for sourcing candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT candidates. Utilize Naukri portal effectively for candidate sourcing and database management. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and reports. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. Proven experience with the Naukri portal for sourcing and candidate management. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
