Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at bp, your role involves providing administrative support to the senior leadership hiring team. Your primary responsibilities include managing the administrative process for a portfolio of requisitions, scheduling interviews, ensuring quality candidate and hiring manager experience, screening candidates, managing candidate travel, and supporting various P&C/TA projects. You will also be responsible for job postings, candidate sourcing, and seeking improvement opportunities in collaboration with TA and other teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior leadership hiring team with administrative processes for requisitions - Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and facilitate interviews - Ensure quality candidate and hiring manager experience - Screen CVs/candidates, conduct phone screens, review HireVue online screenings, and shortlist candidates - Manage candidate travel, liaise with travel vendors, and handle candidate expenses - Assist in setting up and collecting assessment materials and supporting assessment software - Manage job postings with external vendors - Support candidate sourcing in internal and external databases - Provide support on various P&C/TA projects and participate in project teams - Monitor business processes and seek improvement opportunities with TA and other teams Qualifications Required: - University degree in a related field - Fluent written and verbal English - One team mind-set with the ability to develop trust-based relationships - Presentation, writing, reading, and numerical abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft product suite - Active listening, influencing, and communication skills - Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes and policy, with 1-3 years of experience At bp, you can expect an excellent working environment and employee benefits such as an open and inclusive culture, work-life balance, learning and development opportunities, life and health insurance, medical care package, and more.
