Talent Acquisition & Attraction - TA - Assurance

Role Overview: As an Associate - TA2 Governance at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and acquire top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India). You will be responsible for deploying unique strategies to locate the right talent and contribute towards building a better working world. In this role, you will act as a Recruitment Partner for Business Leaders, derive insights from data, propose and execute programs in areas like Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Tools, and Automation to drive impactful results.
