Talent Acquisition Associate - Trainee

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in

  sourcing and recruiting potential candidate

  s across various channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication.
• Support senior team members in maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Handle candidate inquiries and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Participate in talent acquisition strategy discussions and recruitment process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Freshers (2024 & 2025 batch) are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Terms & Conditions:

• Stipend Details:

  10,000 per month during the training period. After completion of the training, based on performance, the stipend may be revised.

• Training Period:

  3 Months (Based on performance, your employment will confirm)

• Own Laptop Condition:

  During the training period, the candidate must use their own laptop. Once the training period is completed and confirmed, the company will provide a laptop.

• Work Bond:

  A 1-year working bond is applicable upon confirmation. Breach of the bond will be subject to action as per the companys repayment policy.
