Experience Required:

Location:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for further rounds.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Tech hiring.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics is a plus.
