Job Description

Experience Required:

Location:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for further rounds.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.

Qualifications:

2 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Tech hiring.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics is a plus.
