Talent Acquisition - Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically for contract roles , and hands-on expertise in Zoho Recruit . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contract positions, ensuring quick turnarounds, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End IT Contract Hiring: Manage the complete recruitment process for IT contract roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identify and attract top IT contract professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Zoho Recruit Management: Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate tracking, database management, interview scheduling, and reporting. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and staffing vendors to fulfill contract hiring needs. Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical competencies, and coordinate interviews. Requirements: Experience: Maximum 3 years of IT recruitment experience, with a strong focus on contract hiring . Zoho Recruit Expertise: Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit for ATS management and recruitment automation. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT skills, technologies, and the contract staffing market. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to engage candidates, negotiate rates, and close positions efficiently. Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to manage multiple contract roles with quick turnaround times. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in staffing agencies or IT consulting firms specializing in contract hiring. Familiarity with other ATS platforms and recruitment tools .
