Requirements Role:Oracle GTM Location: Hyderabad, Pune,Benguluru, Delhi,Mumbai,Kolkata,Chennai Exp: 5 -8+ Years Requirements We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of technical and functional skills and a solid understanding of global trade processes and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle GTM implementations , with experience in at least 3 full-cycle projects as a Functional or Solution Lead. Conduct feasibility analysis and develop POCs (Proof of Concepts) for GTM applications to support solution design. Prepare configuration documents and identify application functional gaps , collaborating with Oracle and client teams to derive optimal solutions. Contribute to solution development , including testing and deployment planning. Design and implement workarounds for any identified functional gaps. Create and maintain detailed design documents , use cases , and test documentation . Develop technical documentation as part of the implementation lifecycle. Provide support for Oracle GTM Cloud quarterly releases and updates. Assist in on-premise to cloud migration initiatives. Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in global trade and compliance processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 58 years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM implementations. Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in global trade or transportation management domains. Certification in Oracle GTM Cloud is a strong plus. Strong understanding of GTM configurations, compliance rules, and master data management. Experience with on-premise to cloud migration is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in integration with other Oracle SCM or ERP Cloud modules. Working knowledge of Oracle OTM functionalities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
