Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create or update job descriptions. Post job openings on internal and external platforms (job boards, social media, career sites). Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and organizational fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Participate in interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Ensure all hiring procedures follow legal and compliance standards. Coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements. Support onboarding processes for new hires. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (3-4years preferred). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Understanding of labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
