Position Details Job Purpose We are seeking a skilled Talend Developer to design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend Data Integration tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large datasets, building scalable data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity and quality across complex systems. Responsibilities and Requirements Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend (Open Studio / Talend Data Fabric) . Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements. Extract data from a variety of sources (databases, flat files, APIs, cloud platforms) and load into target systems (data warehouses, Snowflake, etc.). Optimize and troubleshoot ETL workflows for performance and reliability. Implement data quality checks, transformations, and validations. Monitor daily ETL processes and proactively resolve issues. Create and maintain technical documentation related to ETL processes and data pipelines. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies. Support data migration and integration projects from legacy systems to modern platforms. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Talend (preferably Talend Data Integration or Talend Big Data). Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data modeling , and data warehousing . Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure , or GCP is a plus. Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
