Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation projects and drive continuous improvements in system design and processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic financial goals and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Provide leadership in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP, and HR).
Manage configuration and design for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, and Profit Center Accounting.
Ensure robust Treasury, GST, Taxation, and Credit Management functionalities in alignment with business and statutory requirements.
Oversee FSV creation, Cheque clearing, CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), and CO-PC (Product Cost Controlling) configurations.
Drive automation and integration with Banks, enabling seamless payment and reconciliation processes.
Manage a team of SAP consultants to ensure timely project delivery, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial analytics, dashboards, and performance reports supporting business decisions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements across SAP processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in
SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling
Deep understanding of
Indian accounting standards, GST, and financial regulations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience in
system upgrades, migration projects, and digital transformation initiatives
