Job Description

As a candidate for the role at Sodexo, you will be responsible for coordinating, booking, and processing pre-mobilization requirements for candidates moving through the Sodexo hiring process. Your main goal will be to ensure accuracy and data integrity throughout the onboarding process to create a seamless and efficient candidate onboarding experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Undertake administration related to candidate onboarding post successful interview to pre-contract issuance. - Guide, explain, and support candidates on requirements and expectations for a smooth onboarding experience. - Collaborate with talent administration counterparts nationally to ensure synergy and alignment. - Utilize external platforms for booking National Police Clearance, Medicals, Reference Checks, etc. - Update and track progress using tracking tools like Excel Spreadsheets, Power BI dashboards, etc. - Coordinate with internal Sodexo functions to ensure candidate compliance before handover. - Answer candidate questions related to onboarding and requirements, escalating when necessary. - Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting as required. - Build internal stakeholder relationships that are trusting, proactive, and focused on solutions. **Qualifications:** - Business Administration (desirable) - HR Certification (desirable) **Required Skills:** - Technologically Savvy in ATS, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. - Experience working in a changing environment requiring adaptability. - Ability to review analytical data and work within a KPI/SLA framework. **Preferred Skills:** - Thorough understanding of recruitment principles. - Patience in dealings and activities due to various interfaces. - High level of Customer Service. - Ability to work methodically ensuring compliance and building relationships. - Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail.
