T24 Business Analyst

You should have 12-15 years of IT business analysis experience focused on Temenos Transact/T24 Core Banking, with a strong background in the Private Banking domain. Your knowledge should extend to Private Banking products, including exposure to relevant Transact modules such as AA, MD, SC, DX, and SY. You must have hands-on experience in conducting PLWs, advising on new processes, and supporting system implementation projects. A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is essential, with practical experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Your skill set should include strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, effective communication, and collaboration skills. You should also possess the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes effectively. Your responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between business needs and technology teams, translating requirements into effective system solutions for core banking projects. You will be required to conduct and support process-led workshops (PLWs) to gather and validate requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders. Preparation and maintenance of documentation, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), data mapping, migration plans, reporting, and user guides, will be part of your role. You will need to propose innovative, scalable solutions while mitigating operational and delivery risks, lead requirement analysis, solution design, and system enhancements across T24/Transact core banking projects. In addition, you will coordinate with business users, internal teams, and vendors during project management, development, testing, migration, training, and production release phases. Ensuring system solutions are aligned with business objectives, regulatory standards, and risk management practices is crucial. Managing stakeholder communication, providing status updates, change logs, and escalating issues when necessary, will also be your responsibility. Supporting end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality, is expected. You will apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage requirements, prioritization, and delivery effectively.,
