Job Description

Job summary

We are seeking a seasoned T24 Sr. Business Analyst with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in Temenos T24 T24 Core and T24 Accounting & Reporting-R20. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on enhancing business processes and systems. The ideal candidate will drive impactful solutions that align with our companys goals and contribute to societal advancements.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance system functionalities using Temenos T24.
Ensure seamless integration of T24 Core and T24 Accounting & Reporting-R20 into existing systems.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Temenos T24 to achieve business objectives.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with system knowledge.
Monitor and report on project progress ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.
Lead efforts to maintain data integrity and security within the T24 environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
Support the development of user manuals and documentation for system processes.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Temenos T24 T24 Core and T24 Accounting & Reporting-R20.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
Show proficiency in conducting workshops and training sessions.
Display a commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.
Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
