T24 Business Analyst

Job Description: As an EQUITIES BA, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for Securities trading lifecycle across Equities Bonds, Mutual fund asset classes, including digital assets. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and modeling business processes to recommend improvements for enhancing efficiency and compliance. - Translating business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories for the T24 system. - Creating Business Process maps using tools such as Camunda, Visio, etc. - Assisting in configuring and setting up the T24 SC module. - Providing support during the implementation phase, including data migration and system integration. - Coordinating with the technical team to ensure proper system setup and performance. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the T24 Capital markets and treasury modules. - Training end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the system. - Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts. - Performing functional regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Identifying, recording, and tracking defects through to resolution. - Communicating project statuses, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - 7 to 11 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in tools such as Camunda, Visio, T24 system. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in training end-users and conducting testing activities.
