Job Description

About The Role : Offer in-depth knowledge and insights on SysTrack functionalities and best practices. Configure and manage SysTrack agents and tools across various environments. Analyze digital experience data to identify performance issues and recommend solutions. Work closely with IT teams to enhance end-user experience based on SysTrack insights. Conduct training sessions and provide support to other team members on SysTrack usage. Develop and maintain documentation related to SysTrack configurations, processes, and best practices. Primary Skills SysTrack Administration & Configuration Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) IT Infrastructure (Networks, Servers, End-User Devices) Data Analysis & Performance Optimization Secondary Skills Nexthink, Bomgar, or similar digital experience monitoring tools Scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation Incident Management & IT Operations Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
