Systems & Process Consultant

You are a Systems & Process Consultant with expertise in workflow automation and AI-driven process enhancement within the Travel & Transportation industry. Your primary responsibility is to analyze existing business operations, identify inefficiencies, and map workflows across various departments. You will design future-state workflows incorporating automation tools and AI solutions, and develop an implementation roadmap with clear timelines and milestones. Additionally, you will create a new organizational structure, define KPIs, recommend suitable platforms for automation, and integrate AI tools for scheduling, customer service, and performance insights. It is crucial to monitor performance metrics post-implementation and make iterative improvements for sustainable execution. To be successful in this role, you need at least 8 years of experience in business process improvement, systems design, or operations consulting, preferably in industries related to travel, transport, logistics, or services. You must have a proven track record of implementing automation tools and AI-driven workflows, familiarity with platforms such as Zapier, Make, UiPath, and Power Automate, and experience with CRMs, ERPs, TMS, or similar systems. Your ability to evaluate and integrate SaaS platforms for various functions, strong analytical and communication skills, and self-driven nature are essential for delivering high-impact outcomes within set timelines. Preferred qualifications include exposure to AI technologies like OpenAI, Dialogflow, Microsoft Copilot, Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification, and a technical background or comfort with APIs and integrations.
