Systems Engineer - Cloud

Principal responsibilities:

• In this role you will be handling case of trouble tickets for Azure infrastructure and services
• Further you will do Self-assignment and prioritization of support ticket queue
• Furthermore you will take action support requests promptly, engaging with end users, application teams and other IT resources to evaluate and resolve issues.
• Moreover you will be responsible for improvement of KB articles to improve L1 case handling, working proactively with ServiceDesk to reduce escalation of repeat issues
• Further you will be involved in deployment of device patches via remote update methods for Azure workloads, coordinating testing and phased rollouts
• Moreover you will monitor compliance and plan update rollouts to ensure compliance is maintained
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for installation of approved software
• Additionally you will be handling management of vulnerability detection tools and test and implementation of fixes
• Further, you will maintain system documentation and processes.
• Moreover, you will assist in the design of infrastructure solutions and architecture in line with best practice and security requirements
• Lastly you will contribute as a project resource to Infrastructure Projects, including the completion of assigned project tasks working with project managers/coordinators.

Required qualifications/experience:

• You have 2-5 Years’ Experience Administering an Enterprise Server Environment
• Further you have industry certifications (alternatively demonstrated equivalent industry experience):
• Moreover you have Microsoft AZ900 or other Azure or Windows Server related qualifications
• Additionally you have experience or certification in IT Service Management (ITIL)
