Summary:

Join our Team within the Enterprise Cyber Security org here at Company, as we enable our employees to reach our company goals securely. Our team’s vision is for seamless deployment, onboarding, integration, and usage of our security tools to meet the company's needs and embeds security into the fabric of every technology workstream at Company.You will help deliver the new tools and platforms built by our engineering teams to the company, as well as operate and run them. This role and the team thrive with a certain mindset, wherein user experience is of utmost priority. Enshrining security first thinking in every action we take.You will work with a talented team of like-minded individuals from across the world, who work for our companies’ principles of Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and well-being.Do not worry if you are not an expert on all the technologies themselves. Responsibilities:

Be part of a growing team of service engineers and developers working at a global scale
Helping to deploy new security products built by our engineering teams to our internal customers.
Constantly learning about new security technologies and platforms.
Working in a collaboration and agile fashion with colleagues and other teams from across the world.
Being a champion for customer engagement and the user experience

Skills Required:

3+ years of experience working in Information Security and Infrastructure.
Strong Knowledge and experience in certificate management, key management & PKI
Preferably hands on experience on Keyfactor, Hashicorp, Digicert.
Demonstrated understanding of information security concepts, standards, and practices, including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion prevention, and detection, TCP/IP, and related protocols, device monitoring, and log management.
Experience with troubleshooting/support at any level from L1 to L2
A change-management mindset, focusing on the user experience.
Working on incident management, tasks and change in Service Now.
Attention to detail and zeal to learn.

Must-Have Skills:

Certificate/Key management, 4 years, priority 1
Python/C++- priority 2
Communication/customer management- 3

Education/Experience:

B.E/B. Tech
3+ Years of experience
