Systems Architect - M365 (Exchange + On-prem)

About the Role

As a Systems Architect, your key responsibilities will include:

Maintenance & Operations:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, general operations, and troubleshooting of client
Microsoft Exchange server infrastructure
.
System Design & Standards:
Design, administer, and establish system standards for messaging and communication team solutions. This includes, but isn't limited to:
Microsoft Exchange Online/On-prem
Email security
Break/Fix & Updates:
Perform break/fix troubleshooting, server/software updates, and feature enhancements for
MS Exchange
and
Exchange servers
.
General IT Infrastructure:
Support general IT Windows infrastructure as part of your role.

What We're Looking For

Experience:
At least
8-12+ years of experience
in Exchange Systems Administration/Engineering, NOC operations, remote troubleshooting, customer management, and other related IT services.
Exchange Expertise:
Strong understanding of
O365 Mail flow
and the interaction between
On-prem and Exchange Online
.
Must have experience with
Exchange 2013 to 2019
, as well as
Exchange Online (M365)
.
Directory Services:
Strong understanding and experience with
ADFS, AADC, and Active Directory
.
