Systems Analyst

As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for eliciting business requirements for project initiatives using Agile methodology, troubleshooting reported issues in the Dispatch and Work Order Management streams, and prioritizing investigations with vendor teams. Your role will involve effectively identifying all areas of impact to Dispatch and Work Order Management systems for new initiatives, partnering with vendors/Business to prime and resolve defects, and implementing/coordinating mitigation as required. Additionally, you will contribute to the team's repository of How-to documents. Your technology skills will be crucial in this role, requiring a high aptitude for understanding information systems technology, the ability to understand JSON/XML, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You should be a strong team player, capable of facilitating, negotiating, and working within a multi-domain team environment. Your communication skills will also be essential, as you will need to "translate" technical explanations to business stakeholders and have experience in debugging/triaging software defects and issues. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
