Role Overview: You will be responsible for being well-versed with the company's product offerings and demonstrating the products/solutions to clients. As the single point of contact between the Line Manager and Client users, you will oversee all aspects of product/solution implementation from start to finish. Your role will also involve understanding Business Requirement Documents and Functional Test Cases, auditing deliverables, creating/updating User Manuals, performing hygiene checks, UAT deployments, conducting user training, and obtaining sign-offs from clients for implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate company's products/solutions to clients - Act as the primary contact between Line Manager and Client users for implementation - Understand and work with Business Requirement Documents and Functional Test Cases - Assist Line Manager in auditing deliverables - Create and update User Manuals - Perform hygiene checks and UAT deployments - Conduct user training sessions pre and post UAT - Obtain sign-offs from clients for implementations Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree as a minimum qualification - Technical knowledge in SQL will be an advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Apply Now,
