System Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a System Support Specialist to address common technical issues concerning home and office tech devices like printers, routers, and email clients for customers based in the United States. As a System Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be troubleshooting hardware connectivity problems and resolving software conflicts. You will also assist customers in performing system reboots, resets, and driver installations. Additionally, you will be expected to promote service plans to customers and elucidate the long-term advantages associated with them. Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of technical terminology and be proficient in engaging with customers effectively. Familiarity with routers, printers, and email software is essential for this role. Moreover, fluency in spoken English is a must, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing technical support. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali.
