System Support Specialist

As a System Support Associate at PrismHR, your role involves implementing and modifying EDI file feeds for healthcare and benefits data integration. You will utilize programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, and SQL to develop and maintain solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure SFTP connections for transferring EDI files. Additionally, you will gather specifications from clients, carriers, and vendors to deliver solutions that meet their needs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and US healthcare industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and modify EDI file feeds for healthcare/benefits data integration. - Develop and maintain solutions using C#, Java, Python, and SQL. - Create, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain secure SFTP connections. - Gather specifications and deliver solutions that meet client needs. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and US healthcare industry standards. Qualifications & Core Competencies: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech preferred). - 2-5 years of proven expertise in implementing EDI/carrier/Vendor file feeds. - Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, and SQL for EDI integrations. - Experience in configuring and managing SFTP connections. - Good understanding of US healthcare benefits and HIPAA compliance.
