Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain system setup and configuration of the HRIS platform and integrated tools.
  • Manage user access, roles, security permissions, and workflow settings.
  • Provide first-level support for internal users and clients on system-related issues.
  • Track, document, and resolve support tickets (internal and external).
  • Support testing and rollout of new features or system enhancements no coding involved.
  • Assist in developing internal process documentation and conducting user training (internal and occasionally external).
  • Monitor task lists and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams for smooth system operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in system or application support, preferably in HRIS/Payroll platforms.
  • Good understanding of HR and payroll processes; exposure to PEO/ASO models is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of US tax structures and compliance preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues independently.
  • Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Experience in creating documentation and training materials is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.
