System Support Engineer

Job Description: As a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users in an efficient and accurate manner. Your primary role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products within a Windows environment. You should have hands-on experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
