As a System Sales Engineer (SSE) at Lutron Electronics in Gurugram, your role is crucial in supporting sales efforts by providing technical expertise, educating internal and external clients, and acting as a source of knowledge for the sales team. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting technical and product launch training on new products, systems, and market trends for various stakeholders - Maintaining technical documentation like competitive analysis and IT requirements - Supporting new product releases through field testing and feedback collection - Representing the customer's voice through regional feedback sessions and active participation in ISSE feedback sessions - Performing customer demonstrations and in-field mock-ups for custom requests - Continuous research and self-coaching to become a subject matter expert - Collaborating with teams for technical meetings and presentations - Aligning with Lutron's culture and values by being passionate, flexible, innovative, customer-focused, and ethical Your qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 60% or CGPA of 3/5 - 6-10 years of experience in the industry with technical expertise in lighting controls and IoT - In-depth technical knowledge in lighting and controls, IT, networking, cybersecurity, code compliance, green building, wellness standards, and sustainability - Excellent research and communication skills - Proficiency in delivering presentations and training sessions - Service-oriented mindset with a high energy level and attention to detail - Strong organizational skills for global collaboration - Flexibility to work outside regular hours and willingness to travel up to 70% within Pan-India and the Indian Subcontinent.
